Is there an in-house caterer?
The Eldridge offers an extensive menu prepared in-house by our extraordinary Executive Chef Nicholas Haxton.

Can you hold a ceremony on site?
We can accommodate wedding ceremonies in three unique venues, one of which holds up to 180 guests.

Does The Eldridge provide serving staff?
An on-site coordinator, banquet servers, bartenders, and set-up staff are provided for every reception.

Do I need to rent tables and chairs?
Tables, chairs, plates, silverware, serving utensils, and glasses are included. Table linens and napkins are included for at a nominal fee.

Do you have a list of recommended vendors?
The Eldridge works closely with a number of qualified professionals. We are pleased to help promote their services. Your wedding coordinator will be happy to conduct business with any vendors on your behalf.

Is there adequate parking or valet service?
Yes. The Eldridge provides valet parking for its own parking lot for a nominal charge. There are also several public parking lots and metered parking on the main street.

What are the guest accommodations?
The Eldridge has 48 suites. An additional 8 extended stay suites are available at the Eldridge Extended, which is located one block from The Eldridge. A room block can be made upon request for your out-of-town guests.

How do I reserve a date?
Our wedding department will be happy to tentatively save a date for two weeks. A reservation is guaranteed after deposit, in the amount of the room fee is paid.
