100% Riesling from Evergreen Vineyard located on the cliffs above the Columbia River in Washington. Flavorful with the beautiful acidity that is the framework of this wine. Bright, crisp, and juicy are the hallmarks of this Riesling, full of green apple and pear notes, juicy minerality and refreshing citrus notes. It’s great with spicy foods.

Champagne Charles Ellner, located in the heart of Epernay, has been a family business since the end of the 19th Century. The House of Ellner is located across more than 15 villages in the Champagne region of France. All wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit flavors. They are then left to sit for a minimum of 4 years (the law is only 18 months). Still this is an ageable wine.

Aged for 12 months in 15% new French oak and hailing mostly from Red Mountain Vineyard, Blue Mountain Vineyard & Phinny Hill Vineyard in Columbia Valley, it shows tremendous weight and concentration. This wine has a gorgeous nose and flavor profile of red and black cherries, herbal notes from Cabernet Franc as well as savory spices like nutmeg and cinnamon.
