ABOUT THE WINE
Sartarelli Verdicchio Classico
The straw yellow colour with greenish reflections emphasizes the quality of the grapes, which are softly pressed before fermentation. A well-rounded andpalatable wine, beautifully structured, with a sapid taste. It is soft on the palate and has the typical bitterish aftertaste with a slight suggestion of almond.
Ca’Rugate ‘San Michele’ Soave Classico
Light straw gold in colour, this wine exhibits a fine bouquet of meadow flowers, with hints of camomile, elderflower and iris. It’s 100% Garganega and is an elegant wine with notes of sweet almonds on the finish. Ideal with appetizers, this Classico also pairs well
with white meats and simple seafood dishes.
Ca’Rugate ‘Rio Albion’ Valpolicella
Ruby red in color with a bouquet of blackberry and cherries. The palate is supple with light tannins and plenty of flavor. 45% Corvina, 40 % Corvinone & 15% Rondinella. Suggested pairings include hard cheeses and grilled or roasted pork.
Casatta Nebbiolo DOC
Distinguished by its strong tannins, high acidity and distinctive scent – often described as “tar and roses.” Aged for at least one year in oak followed by aging in stainless steal. The palate is velvety and rich in aromas. Pairs well with pasta, meats and cheeses.
